She was modest about her capacity and skills – I’m a pretty girl who’s a model who doesn’t suck as an actress, she said back then. Michael Jackson Released His Debut Album

We all know Michael Jackson as the King of Pop, but very few of us remember his earliest work. Well, here we are to remind everyone about the fact that it was in 1972 when this legendary musician released his debut album. He was only 14!

The First Digital Watch Was Produced

Another novelty came to light in 1972 – it was a digital watch! So, you wouldn’t need to read hour hand, minute hand, and second hand anymore. You would just take a look at your wrist and – voila!
But to wear this luxury on your hand, you had to be ready to really push the boat out back in 1972. The original Hamilton copy cost approx $2,000, which today would be about $12,000! But luckily, if you would have been patient enough to wait till the end of the 1970s to buy it, you could have found it for 10 bucks.
And why was it so expensive at first? Well, the first Hamilton model, Pulsar P1 was all encased in 18-karat gold, with an LED display covered in synthetic ruby crystals.
Fun Fact: James Bond wore a similar model, the one produced a year later, in Live and Let Die.
